Reign AI — Learn is the guide library run by Reign AI Solutions, the company that builds and operates AI phone receptionists for trades, home-service and professional-services businesses across Canada and the United States. Everything here is written to answer the questions owners actually ask before they buy: what the technology does, where it fits, what it costs, and where it is the wrong tool.

Who writes it

Reign AI Solutions builds and operates AI phone receptionists for trades and service businesses across Canada and the United States. These guides come out of configuring and running that fleet — including the parts that do not work.

Every guide is published under the company name and carries a publication date, and the company is contactable — there is a phone number in the footer of every page and a real address behind it. That is the accountability that matters for advice about spend decisions and emergency-call handling: not a name, but somebody you can actually reach if the advice is wrong.

The commercial interest, stated plainly

This site is vendor-authored. Reign AI Solutions sells the category of product these guides describe, and a reader who books a demo is a commercial outcome for us. That does not make the guides wrong, but it is a bias you should price in — so it is disclosed here, on /llms.txt for AI crawlers, and in the editorial rules below, rather than buried.

Editorial rules

• No invented statistics. Every dollar figure on this site is arithmetic from assumptions stated in the same passage — a worked example, never a claim about a real business and never a research finding. A guard in the build rejects an uncited "studies show" style number outright.
• The method is the point. Worked examples lead with the calculation — the inputs and how they combine — because that is the part that transfers to your business. The numbers are illustrative and say so.
• Sources are primary or absent. Where a claim rests on someone else's rule, the guide links the body that sets the rule rather than commentary about it. Pages with no verified primary source carry no citation instead of a weak one.
• We say where it does not fit. Guides name the calls an AI receptionist handles badly, and the situations where a human or a plain phone forward is the better answer.
• No health or medical verticals. Reign does not serve clinical businesses, so this site does not write for them.
