Accessibility statement
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read these guides, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, or screen magnification. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Every guide is plain, structured HTML that reads correctly with JavaScript turned off.
- Links inside text are underlined, so they are not told apart by colour alone.
- Wide tables scroll inside their own area, which can be focused with the keyboard.
- Changes are tested automatically for common accessibility problems, including colour contrast, in both the light and the dark theme.
Known limitations
- Automated tests catch only some accessibility problems. A manual keyboard and screen-reader review is planned but has not been done yet.
- Many guides open with a diagram. Each has a text description and a caption; if a diagram is still unclear to you, ask and we will send its content in another format.
- Booking a demo and our main company site are separate systems that this statement does not cover. If either gives you trouble, contact us and we will help by phone or email.
Report a barrier or ask for another format
If something on this site does not work for you, or you need a guide in another format, tell us. Please include the page address and what went wrong.
- Email: shawn@reignai.ca
- Phone: 647-956-4784
We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days, and fix the problem or provide the content in a format that works for you within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect it.
No accessibility overlays
We do not use accessibility overlay widgets or toolbars. We fix problems in the site itself, so that your own assistive technology works as you expect.
